Florence Hiard
Ms. Florence Hiard, the director of the Catalonia Trade & Investment's office in Accra, is an economist. She has a Master’s degree in International Trade in Emerging Economies and African studies, and has extensive experience as a consultant and project coordinator for international activity in the area of Africa and the Middle East. Ms. Hiard specializes in internationalization, investment and technology transfer projects in sub-Saharan Africa. She set up the Accra antenna and then office in 2014 and 2016 respectively, and lives in Accra since 2014.
