Mr. David Rojas Mejía, the director of the Catalonia Trade & Investment's office in Washington DC, holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, and an International Executive Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University in Washington DC. For over twenty years he has been involved in international business advisory, project development, and international cooperation. He has worked closely with and for both the public and private sectors, with knowledge of the multilateral sector and the mechanisms of international financial institutions.
