Siegfried’s sites in Barcelona-Catalonia

Siegfried's site in El Masnou (Barcelona) boasts a long-standing expertise in manufacturing aseptic products, having been established in 1925. This site is the largest factory in Spain specializing in ophthalmic products, including eye drops and sterile eye care ointments, as well as products for nasal and otic use.

The Siegfried Barberà site, also located in Barcelona, excels in manufacturing and packaging solid oral dosage forms (OSD), including high-potency and inhalation capsules for respiratory diseases. Since its establishment in 1994, this site has been supplying products worldwide, including to markets in Japan and the USA.

Both sites feature cutting-edge production equipment and integrate Industry 4.0 technologies, such as digitization, system integration, robotics, and automation, ensuring efficiency and quality in their operations.
