Barcelona will host Berry's new global center of excellence and circular innovation

Berry Global, a leader in creating innovative, sustainable packaging solutions, will host a Center of Excellence and Circular Innovation in Barcelona in the third quarter of 2023. The US company already employs 46,000 people across more than 265 locations worldwide.

The new center of excellence will foster innovation in product design tailored to customers' sustainability goals, offering international customers access to a new generation of circular products. In addition, the center will generate new job opportunities by employing talent across Barcelona, one of Europe's most culturally diverse cities.

Berry's new hub will develop innovative Bmore Circular Solutions to improve recyclability and reduce waste. It will offer a space to collaborate with customers on projects based on their circularity needs. In addition, the space will include an interactive learning area where visitors can learn more about Berry's latest sustainable products and how they are designed, manufactured, and recycled.  

Over fifty team members will work at the new Berry workspace in Barcelona, supporting the company's commitment to building and maintaining a diverse, talented, and high-performing workforce. In addition, thanks to Barcelona's strategic location and proximity to its international airport, Barcelona-El Prat, the center will offer the perfect place to work on global customer collaborations.
