The new plant will be dedicated to the production of aluminum doors and windows for the Iberian market.
The French company K·Line has announced the construction of a new manufacturing plant in Lliçà de Vall (Barcelona), with an investment of 18 million euros. The new plant is part of the company's expansion plan in the Iberian Peninsula market and will be dedicated to the construction of aluminum doors and windows.
The new site will have a surface area of 13,000 square meters and will be operational by the end of 2026. With this new investment, K·Line expects to triple its current production.

Juan Carlos Castaño, General Manager of K·Line Spain and Portugal, said: "This new factory will be a turning point in the company's growth. Not only will it allow the company to increase its production, but it will also be a source of wealth and employment in the area, with state-of-the-art facilities that will be a benchmark in the sector".
K·Line belongs to Groupe Liébot, a French company that closed 2023 with a turnover of 860 million euros, which is 11.27% more than the preceding year.
The company has developed an environmental transition plan with the objective of achieving a low carbon trajectory of -30% by 2030 and -80% by 2050. The Groupe Liébot is also accelerating its photovoltaic production at its various sites.
