International Events

06 Sep 2024

This fall, Barcelona will become a hub for the Medical and Technology sectors, with nearly 20 events attracting more than 100,000 high-level professionals.

In the coming four months, Fira Barcelona will host over 100 trade fairs and events across its three venues, Montjuic, Gran Via, and CCIB venues. Medical and technological congresses will be highlighted, with nearly 20 events attracting more than 100,000 high-level professionals.

Fira Barcelona CEO Constantí Serrallonga points out that this calendar results from "the institution's commitment to strengthen and consolidate its position as an international meeting point for such essential and strategic sectors as health or technology." Serrallonga adds that "in addition, the staging of events in other areas such as the food, aeronautics, publishing, and graphic industries enhances Fira's role as an economic and social driving force of the region."
