Identification and tracking solutions provider checkpoint systems has established its european innovation centre in terrassa, spain. the new €230m facility provides security solutions for fashion, identification and visibility of the garments. the company’s new business unit, apparel labeling solutions (als) will be able to manufacture more than 10 billion labels every year and will distribute them to textile manufacturing plants across its management platform.
