The first phase of the construction will begin at the end of 2023, covering an approximate initial area of 42,000m2.
The American-based company Panattoni, one of the world's largest real estate developers, has announced the purchase of a 68.000m2 plot of land to build what will be the largest Data Center ever constructed in Catalonia.
The first phase of the construction will begin at the end of 2023, working on an area of approximately 42,000m2. The estimated investment for this project reaches 300 million euros.
The Data Center will be located in Cerdanyola del Vallès, just 20km from Barcelona, and will offer unbeatable connectivity and ensure immediate power availability and state-of-the-art facilities. The implementation of this development Data Center has had the collaboration and support of the Cerdanyola del Vallès Town Hall.

Quark, a leading company in Data Centers design, will be in charge of the engineering and design of this project. The future operator and lessee will be defined after holding an orderly process in mid-April led by Colliers in collaboration with Telam Partners.
