MWC15: more than just mobile technology

The total number of Catalan companies present has kept growing since 2006. This year, almost one hundred Catalan companies have participated in the MWC, 60 of them under the auspice of the Catalan Government. The stand of Catalonia has been the host for 44 Catalan companies, while 16 more have been located at the App Plant area, a hall dedicated to mobile app development.
ACCIÓ has also held the Brokerage Event, with the support of the Enterprise Europe Network. This is a business meeting which aims to help Catalan companies to find European commercial and technology partners. All sorts of ICT and R&D start-ups and entrepreneurs could participate in a 30-minute interview to find partners, cooperators, business agreements, joint ventures or new projects
