Internet design firm mad catz has opened a representative office in barcelona to explore new markets in southern europe. the new office will be headed by german benac, market development representative for spain and portugal. "with a combined population of over 50 million people, southern europe represents an important growth market for our company," darren richardson, ceo of mad catz said.
