LC paper opens a new factory in Besalú

family business company lc paper 1881 has invested 18 million euros in a new paper plant in besalú. the new facilities are expected to increase annual production to 55,000 tons and to add more workers.
the company, which this year is expected to begin production of tissue paper (used for napkins), wants to grow in the spanish and french markets. lc ended 2008 with 12 million euros in revenue.
