Chinese bank icbc opens barcelona office with a view to expanding in spain

The industrial and commercial bank of china (icbc), china’s leading financial entity has acquired premises of some 850m2 in the central eixample district of barcelona with a view to opening a branch office in the city. this new office represents a further step for icbc in spain, following its launch in the capital madrid in 2011. both branches have been designed to attend private and corporate clients as well as putting aside space for administrative staff within the same office. .
