SLUSH 2024

Slush is the world's leading technology and startup event, held annually in Helsinki, Finland. The event is all about speeding up innovation, building meaningful partnerships, and driving business growth, serving as a key meeting place for entrepreneurs, investors, companies, and innovation leaders.

This year's edition will bring together 5,500 startups and 3,300 investors in Helsinki on November 20-21, 2024. Catalonia at Slush 2024

At Slush 2024, Catalonia Trade & Investment, Barcelona City Council, and Barcelona Activa will showcase ten outstanding startups from the Barcelona-Catalonia Startup Ecosystem. This delegation aims to highlight the wealth of investment and collaboration opportunities in Catalonia and foster connections between global investors and promising Catalan companies.

• AIMA: We are creating AiMA, a digital human with sight, memory, voice, hearing, face, and empathy that learns and converses to fight loneliness in the elderly population.
• Allwomen: Online learning platform, a safe environment where women can connect and share tips for successful tech development. One of the largest women's communities in the world focused on empowering other women to thrive in the tech industry. 
• Equito: Equito is a fintech platform trusted by over 150,000 users across 60 countries, democratizing access to real estate investment. It allows individuals to invest in fractional properties starting from €100, offering a simple and transparent way to generate passive income. Equito also provides educational resources on finance and real estate, empowering users to make informed investment decisions. Designed for accessibility, the platform connects investors with carefully selected real estate opportunities, driving financial inclusion and innovation in the investment space.
• Inmersia: The next generation of Near-Eye Displays for XR smart glasses. Thanks to its proprietary optics technology, Inmersia provides the most immersive experience in the market in a highly compact device that can be integrated into a pair of conventional glasses.
• Meetopics: Complete and highly customizable AI-based photonics metasearch platform. The goal is to make photonics easier and more accessible, helping engineers and researchers find the necessary optics. It provides direct access to photonics service providers. 
• Peimi: Software that automates the calculation of commercial commissions, avoiding errors and providing transparency to the team. Helps companies to efficiently manage the commission calculation process, ensuring accuracy and optimizing commercial and financial processes.
• Union Avatars:  Pioneers in creating realistic 3D avatars for the virtual world. Virtual identity in the Metaverse allows users to have a representation of themselves in digital environments, creating an immersive virtual reality experience. Avatars used in entertainment, education 
  and other sectors. 
• Workdeck: Enterprise software. Work management SuperApp gives business leaders real-time visibility on critical KPIs like work portfolio performance, resource mobilization, billable utilization, and margins. Powered by an Adaptive AI engine based on a patented Multi-Agent System framework, designed for improving managerial planning and decision-making
