Pastisart puts 4,2 million euros in its pastry plant in Tarragona

Pastisart, the specialist frozen pastries and bread maker, is to invest €4.2 million in its main facility. the aim of the development is to improve productivity of pre-cooked pastries, (sold under the pastisart, listo and zelos brands), along with its panart bread range made from high-hydration dough. once the new lines are up and running, the company aims to break into export markets for the first time.
