Línea hogar deco, a catalan family run firm which specialises in the design and sale of plastic tablecloths, posters and stick on plastic decoration, have just invested €4.5 million in a new facility in l’arboç (baix penedès), where it has built a logistics plant and new corporate offices.
the company employs 72 people and boasts ongoing business in thirty overseas markets. línea hogar deco registered a turnover of €7.5 million last year and is hoping to see sales rise to €9m over the same period this year, of which some 60% of income is expected to come from overseas markets.
“our aim is to reach a turnover of €13m by 2014, pushing foreign sales to three-quarters of our turnover,” founder and ceo eliseo aulló, explained, while adding that the new facility in l’arboç would be a kingpin in the firm’s continued growth.
from its new facility in the penedés, línea hogar deco will be able to coordinate all customer orders, such as those from the major hardware and diy stores, such as: leroy merlin, aki y bauhaus, as well as stores specialising in home furnishings like el corte inglés, servicio estación, cofac and decodesign, to name but a few.
