The German multinational Kärcher, which specializes in the manufacture of cleaning equipment, will set up its new headquarters for Southern Europe in Catalonia. The company has laid the foundation stone of the future building next to its headquarters in Granollers (Barcelona).
The event was attended by Ricardo Eimil, President of the Southern Region of Europe, and Luis Hereza, General Manager of Kärcher Spain.
Ricardo Eimil stated that "this investment comes to support the strong growth of the company in Spain and reaffirms Kärcher's commitment to this country. We began operations here more than 30 years ago and currently we have 7 Kärcher branches distributed throughout the territory".
The new facilities will have 1,000 m2 and, in addition to housing Kärcher's headquarters in Southern Europe, will serve as an additional area for the company's subsidiary in Spain. The deadline for completion is scheduled for early 2023.
