As Mobile World Congress (MWC) returns to Barcelona, the city once again becomes a global meeting point for technology, innovation, and business. In this international setting, Catalonia Trade & Investment will support the presence of Catalan startups at 4YFN, the leading event for entrepreneurship and investment held alongside MWC.

4YFN has established itself as MWC’s key platform for startups, bringing together emerging companies, investors, corporations, and tech leaders to accelerate new business opportunities.

Catalan startups at 4YFN 2026

In 2026, Catalonia Trade & Investment is backing 32 Catalan startups from the Barcelona & Catalonia Startup Hub, showcasing solutions across a wide variety of sectors. In addition, four selected companies will deliver live demos of their technologies at the Catalonia Pavilion (4YFN, Hall 8) throughout the congress.

Meanwhile, 16 startups from the Health & Life Sciences sector will present their latest innovations at the Catalonia Health Innovation Ecosystem stand, a shared space developed together with Biocat.

This two-space presence makes it easy for attendees to locate Catalan startups and explore the range of technologies and solutions they are presenting at 4YFN 2026.
