The Port of Barcelona increases business for Catalan logistics groups

Recent expansion of Barcelona's port facilities has allowed a significant growth for Catalan logistics operators, a report by consultant firm Jones Lang Lasalle concluded.
Logistics operators have increased their facilities in the area because they see a big potential for Barcelona to become the next hub for Southern Europe. Barcelona is seen as a stable city. Rental warehouses space demand exceeds forecasts done by operators.
