
Sugrañes invests 25 million euros in Vallmoll

Catalan tile company cerámicas sugrañes has invested eur 25 million to open a new plant in vallmoll (alt camp). the company, which manufactures the rosa gres brand, specializes in pool tiling and flooring for shopping malls and airports.
sugrañes will transfer production from its cerdanyola plant to the new location. the headquarters and sales department, however, will remain in cerdanyola.
in 2008, sugrañes posted a tile production of one million square meters. the company gets about 25% of its sales from international markets.
