Join the pioneers, explorers, rule-breakers, and society makers at MWC Barcelona 2025 and discover the talent and innovation powering the future of technology at the startups featured in 4YFN 2025.
From March 3-6, 2025, Barcelona will once again host the Mobile World Congress (MWC), the world's largest and most influential connectivity event. Since 2006, Barcelona has been the proud home of this global gathering, where big tech, governments, disruptive startups, and visionary investors come together to shape the future.
This year's theme, "Converge. Connect. Create," reflects the event's mission to unite the connectivity industry and advance business and society. Through six thought leadership themes—5G Inside, Connect X, AI+, Enterprise Re-invented, Game Changers, and Digital DNA—MWC 2025 will explore the latest innovations and trends transforming the digital landscape.
Barcelona is set to enhance its status as a global digital talent hub with the launch of Talent Arena 2025, organized by Mobile World Capital Barcelona (MWCapital). The event at the MWC will feature over 200 speakers, covering topics such as AI, software engineering, and quantum computing. Talent Arena aims to connect tech professionals with industry leaders and educational institutions through workshops, talks, and hackathons, including the GSMA Open Gateway hackathon. This initiative, supported by local and national government bodies, aims to attract global tech talent and investment to Barcelona.
As Lara Dewar, CEO of GSMA, puts it, "MWC25 Barcelona is shaping up to be one of the most thought-provoking and insightful editions yet, staying true to our long history of showcasing the most influential leaders of our time."
