McDonald's to open its first recruitment center in barcelona

American fast-food company mcdonald's has opened its first recruitment and training center in barcelona, aiming at unifying its personnel management needs.
the company, with a workforce of 19,700 employees in spain, plans to hire some 800 employees during 2010. the new center will also give support to the human resources department, centralizing candidates' selection and promoting professional development for employees.
