a group of catalan investors is giving a second chance to trial motorcycle manufacturer ossa. the company went out of business in 1985. the new management is to invest eur 6 million to produce its first new models by mid-2010.
the company will move from sant feliu de guixols to new facilities in girona where it plans to produce about 1,200 units annually. it will create 100 new jobs. ossa's goal is to reach 3,000 units in two years. joan gurt will be ossa's new general manager.
