Grup Català to invest 6 million euros

Fruit producer grup català is to invest eur 6 million to improve its facilities in la portella (lleida, catalonia) and extremadura. grup català owns 450 hectares in lleida, 250 h. in aragon and 700 h. in extremadura.
the company is also involved in a study to improve fruit quality, in association with the cdti center. the eur 2.4-million project will be carried out at universitat de lleida's dba center, which is part of acc1ó's tecnio network.
