Barcelona has three business schools ranked in the top 30 in Europe, according to the European Business School Rankings 2023 published by the Financial Times. These business schools are IESE, ESADE, and EADA, with IESE ranking in third place, ESADE in 12th place, and EADA in 30th place.

The rankings are based on an average of several specific rankings carried out throughout the year for different programs offered by the schools, including MBA, EMBA, Master in Management, Open Executive Education, and Custom Programs. To be included in these rankings, the Financial Times requires schools to have EQUIS or AACSB academic accreditation.

These top-ranked business schools highlight Barcelona's contribution to developing highly qualified talent, consolidating its position as one of Europe's best destinations for business education.

Catalonia has a large pool of skilled talent, with 12 universities, 591 undergraduate degrees, and 687 master's programs. These universities produce many talented professionals yearly, making Barcelona and Catalonia among Europe's best places to study.

Barcelona has a long history of providing quality business education, with IESE Business School and ESADE founded in 1958 and EADA in 1957. These schools have been producing business leaders for over six decades and continue to do so.
