Over three days, the event was held in conjunction with Tomorrow. >Mobility World Congress organized with the EIT Urban Mobility – Tomorrow.Building and Tomorrow.Blue Economy.

The world's largest event on cities and urban innovation will take place from November 7 to 9 at the Fira de Barcelona.

This initiative falls within the collaborative agreement between ACCIÓ-Catalonia Trade & Investment and the America's Cup, ensuring both the competition's technological and industrial impact and its legacy in Catalonia.

The agreement sets out the mutual commitment of both territories to actively support and enhance trade relations, facilitate foreign direct investment, and promote the development of dual education programs.

The event attracted nearly 500 attendees, including government agencies, companies, and business associations, to share experiences, sign agreements, and strengthen ties.

The agreement signed aims to promote the use of green hydrogen in the Catalan nautical sector and facilitate the contracting of products and services to Catalan companies.

According to ICCA, the Catalan capital also ranks 4th globally in the list of best cities based on the number of congresses hosted, behind only Vienna, Lisbon, and Paris.

The team at Catalonia Trade & Investment’s office in Hong Kong recently visited the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, China, to meet with Chinese companies and explore their interests in investing in Barcelona-Catalonia.

The furniture fair in Milan gathers more than 370,000 visitors from nearly 190 countries every year and shows the products of more than 2,300 companies from all over the world.
