Four companies create alliance to design optical devices

Telstar, encompim, easylaser and sensofar have joined forces to develop optical devices for applications in the pharmaceutical, automotive and logistics industries.
the project, to be known as limit, is organized through the tecnio network of catalan technological centers and will have the collaboration of universitat politècnica de catalunya. with a cost of eur 2.2 million, limit will receive the support of catalan agency acc1ó, which will provide 40% of the resources.
applications to be developed by limit include telstar project of a laser system for monitoring drug-manufacturing processes.
