The announcement took place in a meeting between the president of the Government of Catalonia, Quim Torra, and the minister for Business and Knowledge, Àngels Chacón, along with Scopely representatives at Silicon Valley. The President of the Government of Catalonia highlighted this kind of announcements prove that “Catalonia is becoming a global referent for technological companies and a priority zone when it comes to setting up in Europe”.

With today’s announcement, the Head of Operations, Pere Torrents, added, “since 2017 Scopely has attracted top talent from across Europe –including students of Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC)– to contribute to our technological platform, community services and creative projects.”

We are dedicated to empowering our local team to support this non-stop growth”, concluded Torrents.
