Joint venture between the catalan company jubus and kemz, a leading machine and hydro equipment russian manufacturing company

The new company which will be based in the present facilities of jubus in reus, tarragona, and from there will focus the north african and latin american markets, combining the expertise of kmz and the engineering capabilities of the catalan company.

the joint venture will create 30 new jobs at the present plant. commenting on the deal, jordi busquets, jubus commercial director, has stressed the challenges and new possibilities that the new company faces, in sectors as civil works equipment, and agricultural machinery.

invest in catalonia facilitated the deal assisting kemz to find the appropriate local partner. kemz’s turnover is of 370 m € and has 4.000 workforce, while jubus has at present 65 workers and sales of 8m €.
