
Ercros invests 22 million to increase production at its Vila-seca plant

Chemical group Ercros is to invest 22 million euros to increase by 50% the elaboration of PVC products at its plant in Vila-seca (Tarragona). The operation will also allow transferring the production from its Huesca plant, expected to close later this year. The PVC business accounts for 20% of Ercros revenue.
The group has also signed an agreement with Akzo Nobel to implement a new technology at its facilities in Tarragona to increase productivity.
