
Catalan companies and technology centers get an in-depth view of the south holland’s innovation ecosystem

A delegation of catalan companies and technology centers together with researchers and decision makers visited the dutch region of zuid-holland in a mission to promote technological cooperation, organized by acció, the catalan government agency for business competitiveness.
in order to get an in-depth view of innovation in the netherlands, different visits were guided by the dutch chamber of commerce, the province of zuid-holland and innovationquarter. catalan companies and tech centers visited yes!delft, one of the best european incubators, leiden bio science park and greenport holland international, and they were able to identify specific business opportunities during a series of b2b meetings.
catalonia and zuid-holland have much in common. both are known for its leading r&d clusters and a strong international business climate. among other sectors, they specifically show similarities in the fields of cleantech, life sciences and horticulture. these three sectors were the main focus of this joint tech mission.
