An institutional and business trade mission to chile within the framework of the catalan presidency of the four motors for europe

an institutional and business mission to chile has been held this week within the framework of the catalan presidency of the four motors for europe. the mission has included the participation of 56 catalan firms and an institutional representation from the catalan government, as well as companies and institutions from rhône alps, lombardy and baden-württemberg were also participating.

during the mission 21 catalan companies have presented their projects to the chilean government, to different economic agents and to the country’s most important business association. they have also held over 100 previously arranged meetings with chilean companies. furthermore, 36 catalan companies have organised a parallel agenda together with the port of barcelona in order to close agreements with port and logistics players in chile.
