Singapore-based video game company IGG has donated 250,000 masks to Barcelona’s Hospital Clínic in the framework of the Covid-19 health emergency. At the same time, Catalonia Trade & Investment has also supported the donation of 8,000 medical gloves to the Catalan Health Institute (ICS) by the Chinese company China Certification & Inspection (CCIC EUROPE-TESTING S.L.). CCIC opened a laboratory in Hospitalet de Llobregat in 2015 to provide certification and testing services for industrial products and automotive components exported to China. Support has also been given to the Catalan Association in Hong Kong, which has donated 10,400 surgical and FFP2 masks to the ICS.
