NetEase Games, a leading internet and game services provider, has announced the establishment of a new game studio called Anchor Point Studios as part of its games division NetEase Games.

The new hub aims to create local jobs, foster global collaboration, and develop sustainable packaging solutions.

The hub will play a crucial role in LGT Private Banking innovation strategy, which anticipates allocating over €200 million to digital transformation efforts over the next five years.

The first phase of the construction will begin at the end of 2023, covering an approximate initial area of 42,000m².

This is a strategic project to consolidate Catalonia as a scientific hub in biomedicine and bioengineering and to strengthen its capacity for innovation and knowledge transmission.

The Swiss multinational has chosen the Catalan capital to set up its Center of Excellence, which will serve the company at a global level.

The platform, which has grown by 70% in three years, allows companies worldwide to find products and solutions from nearly 40 Catalan supplier sectors.

Multinational Kerry Group has a global workforce of over 23,000 employees and 150 plants worldwide.
