The company will create 40 new job positions with the construction of the new production center in Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona), scheduled to commence operations by mid-2025.

IDIADA offers engineering, certification, and testing services to the automotive industry in China from its new complex, which includes 18 first-class test tracks, 84 fully-equipped workshops, and covers 150 hectares.

WANHUA currently operates ten chemical product factories, including automotive, green energy, construction, and electronics, employing over 27,000 workers and holding over 5,000 registered patents.

The new Elian Barcelona plant's activity is a strategic development for the agri-food value chain in Europe.

The company has invested 12 million euros and will create up to 100 highly skilled jobs to set up this 500 m² facility close to Barcelona, which will test and produce a small microchip series designed by the company over the last seven years.
