11 french tech hubs have been accredited in several major international and innovative cities: new york, tokyo, san francisco, montreal, cape town, hong kong, moscow, abidjan, israel and two in europe: london and barcelona.
Barcelona, as a cosmopolitan, attractive, creative, business & tech friendly city and hosting a huge start-up ecosystem, is also a real magnet for french talent, entrepreneurs and start-ups. Hosting an already existent french tech ecosystem, the city has been naturally accredited as a french tech hub. it will reinforce and structure this ecosystem by attracting french investors, fomenting networking between entrepreneurs and facilitating the landing of french start-ups willing to set up in barcelona.

The inauguration of the french tech hub took place on april the 28th in the emblematic mobile world centre of barcelona, where barcelona’s french community and local economic stakeholders all gathered together.
